Like snow that covers tree and ground,

And sticks with only wind for sound,

So comes the Spirit I have found,

Of Christmas all the world around.

I know that some can shake it off,

Or shrug or grump or even scoff,

But me...I'll don my hat and scarf,

And spread my arms to get enough!

And you , my friend, have such a way,

To spread the joy of Christmas day,

With all the things you do and say,

You show His love is here to stay.
